Our overall policy is that all sales are final*

Please review your order carefully before making your purchase. We thoroughly quality check the package to make sure the order is correct, but if items appear defected or you have received the wrong order, please contact hi@parallelxstore.com with your order number, within 7 days of receiving the item. Please note it can take up to 3 days to hear back from our customer service team & we do not operate on weekends. 


Returns or exchanges are only accepted, under extreme circumstances. Items should be returned back to us in brand new condition, with dust bags / item packaging included. If it is visible that the item has already been worn or used then we will not offer a refund. Exchanges are only currently available for UK orders.

Refunds are given on the item only and not the shipping fee. No refunds on sale items.

For international customers, please note that we are not responsible for any custom charges. This must be paid for by the customer. If the parcel is returned to us - we will refund you for the item only, not the shipping fee.
