RETURNS POLICY

Our overall policy is that all sales are final*

Please review your order carefully before making your purchase. We thoroughly quality check the package to make sure the order is correct, but if items appear defected or you have received the wrong order, please contact hi@parallelxstore.com with your order number, within 7 days of receiving the item.

Returns or exchanges are only accepted, if the item is damaged / other extreme circumstances. Items should be returned back to us in brand new condition, with dustbags / item packaging included. If it is visible that the item has already been worn or used then we will not offer a refund.

If item damage is not due to our handlers, we will not refund the shipping fee.

For international customers, please note that we are not responsible for any custom charges. This must be paid for by the customer.
