All orders will be provided with a confirmation email and tracking number. For UK customers, we usually deliver within 3- 5 working days for items that are ready to ship. Pre-order items will ship as soon as they are in stock. In general please stay updated with our shipping notices for the most accurate shipping estimation. In some cases, such as bank holidays there may be delays. If you have not received your order within 10 working days then please contact us hi@parallelxstore.com with your order number in the subject. Postage prices vary on the weight of your parcel. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For international customers, please allow from 10 - 25 working days to receive your order. Pre-order items will ship as soon as they are in stock. In general please stay updated with our shipping notices for the most accurate shipping estimation. All international orders will be provided with tracking information. Please use the tracking information provided to view the status of your order. If you have not received your order within 30 working days then please contact us at hi@parallelxstore.com with your order number in the subject. Postage prices vary on the weight of your parcel.

WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR A DELAY IN SHIPMENT CAUSED BY WEATHER CONDITIONS, INTERNATIONAL CUSTOM ISSUES OR ANY OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST, STOLEN, DAMAGED OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES. IF YOUR PACKAGE IS MARKED AS DELIVERED BUT YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT, PLEASE CONTACT THE CARRIER OF THE PACKAGE TO OPEN AN INVESTIGATION. WE WILL NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR ORDERS LOST BEYOND OUR CONTROL - PLEASE CONTACT ROYAL MAIL (UK)/ CARRIER OF THE PACKAGE TO OPEN AN INVESTIGATION OR FOR DELIVERY UPDATES.

IF PACKAGES ARE ALSO RETURNED TO US DUE TO AN ERROR IN THE DELIVERY ADDRESS PROVIDED BY THE CUSTOMER, OR IF THE PACKAGE IS UNCLAIMED, WE ARE OBLIGED TO CHARGE THE CUSTOMER THE SHIPPING FEE AGAIN TO COVER THE DELIVERY COST.
